We have been in our new location for over one year now!  Client have told us they enjoy all the natural light, openness and how accessible we are. 

If our move is news to you don’t worry, we didn’t move far.  We are literally three doors down the street from our old site.  We are above Home Health Gear in the historic Sunlife building.  Our newly renovated 3rd floor office has an elevator and is wheel chair accessible.  Please note that our office entrance is on the east side of the building below our sign.

Regarding changes to services during the COVID-19 pandemic

Credit Counselling Service of Sault Ste. Marie is open remotely with telephone and electronic service to help you with your debt and money problems.

For the safety of clients and staff, we will be providing all appointments by telephone at this time and are providing full service remotely. We are not providing face-to-face service until the COVID-19 pandemic until health officials feel it is safe to do so.

Please note our physical office doors will remain closed to the public as long as the government mandate stays in place.

For DMP payments we can accept funds through pre-authorized bank withdrawal, internet/telephone banking, bank drafts (by mail), or certified cheque (by mail) or money order (by mail). Please contact the office if you have any questions.
